We deliver to all seven emirates:

If your area requires special delivery arrangements, we will contact you after your order is placed.

Cash on Delivery may be available for some areas. Additional COD fees may apply depending on the courier.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information (if supported by the courier).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Please ensure that your name, phone number, and delivery address are entered correctly.

Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
Returned packages due to wrong address details
Extra delivery fees caused by address changes after shipment
If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately.
If your package is delayed, we’ll help contact the courier and resolve the issue.
For packages marked delivered by the courier, Sabaya Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen items after delivery.
If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will resend the order or issue a refund.
If a customer refuses delivery or misses multiple delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for:
